where can we give get Tutorial for payroll in HR in AX.

is payroll integrated with finance ??

Can someone through some light on this

    The Payroll tables in the HRM modules are not integrated with finance or any other parts of AX. The Payroll tables can be used for storing basic payroll data. To generate a pay slip you will have to integrate with an external payroll system.

    The Payroll features in the HRM modules were described in the AX 3.0 user guides, I am not sure where to get that information for 4.0.

    As steenandreasen said earlyer, Microsoft Dynamics AX HRM does not provide live payroll functionality. You can register only basic payroll information about employees in the HRM module. However, you can export those information into 3rd party aplication.

    When you say AX does not provide Payroll feature, do you mean to say one cannot generate a payslip from AX?
