installing microsoft ax 3.0

hi, all
i am going to install microsoft ax 3.0. can any one guide me to do that..
i want to know how the procedure is..what are the steps i should follow to do that...

another question is can i get free down load of microsoft ax 4.0 installation exe file. if yes give me the link or please tell me how we can down load.
