I need some explanation of CodeUnit 397

Hai

I need a custmisation , reports are send through mail... I found in Navision CodeUnit 397 (MAIL) ..But i Can't understand...

please help me through an example...how to use that CodeUnit

    You could search for mail-functions that are used in other standard NAV objects and take a look there how the codeunit is used.
    For example on form 1 at the field E-mail the function NewMessage is being used.

    And in codeunit 5052 you'll find the use of NewMessage with an attachment.

    Have you tried to read the function names and parameters which they need and do you understand them? If not, ask us what is doing this and this function, but do not wait for description of clear functionality from us. There is no detailed description of this codeunit and nobody needed it before. There are few functions which will create the mail, add mail lines, attachments and send the mail if you want. All is clear from the name and parameters... Try it, know that you can make it yourselfs... 8)
