Error calculating FlowField in NAV 50 SQL Option

Hi everyone,
I found an error when FlowField "Completely Received" in Purchase Order (table Purchase Header) is calculate.

I make a Purchase Order.
I write 2 lines and Create a Warehouse Receipt.
I receive all the qty of the first line and part of the qty of the second line.
The flag "Completely Received" in the second line is correctly to FALSE but in the header is TRUE!!
This error occours only with Sql Option...

There is a patch for this error?
