Hi,
I creted one form using subform(like header and line). I added one button called update in the form. when i select the record in subform and press update then i opened another form using these subform record data
whatever he is selected by using this code.
On the update button Onpush trigger i wrote this code.
Crop.reset;
CurrForm."Crop List Subform".FORM.GETRECORD(Crop);
FORM.RUNMODAL(55047,Crop);
suppose if i select the first record in line(subform) when i press update it show that record details correctly. but when i come to empty line in lines then i press update it will show the last record details in the form 55047.
now i want when i come the empty line and press update then the form should be empty.
how can i do that.
Thanks & Regards,

In my opinion the best approach to create new forms and functionality is to search within standard NAV for a comparable solution.
Then take a look at how standard NAV made it and use the same solution in your new forms and tables.

Think about this way: add function for opening the form on the subform (or on the Source Table of the subform if can be used from other forms too). Call this function from within main form. In this scenario you do not need to use getrecord with possible problems of empty records...0
