Server connection error

There are 2 workstations that cannot access the Navision Database from the server.
The error is as follows:

THE FILE C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\USER\APPLICATION DATA\FIN.ZUP Contains a record that cannot be read completely

    You can and may delete fin.zup.

    It stores settings for a user like used filters or visible columns.

    Delete the *.zup File in this folder.
    these file stores user settings like Filters, column alignment, window size and so on
    Do you make it right, it works too!
