Converting Database without confirm message

Hello
When connecting to a 4.03 native service with a 5.0 client, no confirm message is shown, all objects are just converted and get the changed flag.
The database stays compatible with 4.03 clients.

As far as I know, in other versions there was always a questions asked, whether you want to convert or not.

I know this is normally not a problem in production environments, but anyway has someone made the same experience? In test environments this can be quite nasty.

    that's really quite nasty

    I had this once too. Luckily I was quick enough to press cancel #-o

    Maybe you could make yourself shortcuts for the different databases and use them instead of the normal ones from the start menu

    Thanks. Of course I always use shortcuts, but sometimes it could happen...
