USPS Api's

With USPS being extremely competitive now for small shipments I have been looking into the Postal Services API's to get:
-Calculate Rates
-Find Zip Codes
-Verifing Addresses
-Track & Confirm

I finally got my USPS registration Username & password but i was wondering if anybody has been fooling around with this already w/Nav to give me a leg up. In the past a created my own USPS shipzone chart to calculate by weight, from zip -> to zip - and thatnks' to some Kriki help works beautifully.

But due to the fact that these guys can change there rates, I'm not looking forward to updating 2000+ prices. Now I'm figuring with these API's that I can use their system to get what i need.
Either way wish me luck, seems to be alot of Googled info out there.

You are looking to connect through webservice to UPS?
Yes I've seen it. It's requires some work.0 -
Well USPS (Postal Service) not UPS - but yes.
Since we do thousands of Interner Orders monthly It would be nice to validate addresses, calculate postage and pick the best way to ship n such at the click of a button. I realize this might require more time than I have, since we are also looking into Expandit's Moble Sales Granule. We'll see which one the bosses perfer to move on first.
It's already easy to track with
Hyperlink('http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=%1',TrackingNo);
added FYI info:
for Endicia Users:
http://www.endicia.com:80/status.cfm?pic=%1
For TNT Users:
http://www.tnt.com/webtracker/tracking. ... nt=.&cons=%1
For UPS Users:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/proc ... &tracknum=%1
From what I've been seening perhaps it's easier to wait for the Next Version, seems to be chock full of goodies0 -
Just send me an email. Been there, done that, got it running.0
