how to run sales order planning

while running sales order planning through Navision sales order.its get expected delivery dates wrong so what is formula on which expected delivery dates is calculated .

    There is just Planned Delivery Date, not Expected delivery date in my DB.

    There is just Expected Receipt Date on Purchase Order...

    On Purchase, press F1 and you will see how the date is calculated.

    On Sales, F1 will help too, but not in detail. The calculation is too complex to describe it in the on-line help. Many things (mainly settings on the item etc.) can change the output.
