Released field did not show values for an Item

Hi,

Could anyone help to answer this, thanks.

I have a sales order and which has been released but the released fields in the item card did not show this qty, actually it calculated this released qty for this line(as I went in to the released file by clicking upper arrow, and by clicking "show all" and filter that sales order no., and it shows), so why it won't display in the released tab?

    I think it is a localization or customization. You will need to check with your solution center to have an answer
