Postcode updates in NL with Cendris

My customers old application has an import with updates (postcode, address, houseno, etc. from a company " Cendris".
I've found out you can import those updates in NAV. But now what? What does the user need to do in NAV to get the correct address while typing in a postcode (and houseno)?

There is code in the onvalidate of the address field in e.g. table 5050.0

Yes, but why? Do I need to validate this field with an empty value? or leave all fields empty except the postcode?0

If I remember correctly you need to enter the postcode/housenumber and Navision will replace it with the address.
It's been a while since I used it. :?0
