Remaining Quantity in Sales Shipment ILE

Hi All,

Any one encounter before?
the ILE for sales shipment is having quantity (negative) for remaining quantity field ? is it a bug?
how can we fix the transaction?

I am using SP1, and no customisation for it?

Appreciated your help.

    In NAV you can sell items that you do not have on stock :)
    To prevent this use warehouse management means at least bins.

    No, it isn't. It's a feature. :)

    hi,

    thanks for the respond.

    the problem here is the item is having stock, why should it go to negative inventory?

    here is how the ILE look like:
    Item No. Location Code Quantity Invoiced Quantity Remaining Quantity
    abc MAIN -15 -15 -8

    any idea?
