printing reminder

hi there...

is it possible to do this somehow?

i have added one check box on the Sales Order form.

what I would like to do is, when I push the button Print (for the first time), that check box should change it state to checked, and stay like that, just like reminder that this document is printed, nothing else. (i should be able to print this again if i want)

i need this like reminder because it happens (all the time) that this document is being printed for a lot of times.

or, if you have other solutions, please tell me. i have lot of papers here :)

    ON the sales Header there is already a field called "No. Printed"

    Which shows you the amount of times it's been printed. Just add that field to your sales header card and it should take care of your needs.

    increase it's size if you need a bigger reminder :mrgreen:

    For me it's field 47 of the sales header table.
