Restore Old database

hi experts,
i have got one problem. i already had a db for Navision 2.6 & 3.7. While i installed demo version of Nav 5.0 all my previous db has gone. is it any where possible for me rectify my old db ?

Copy the Client folder from the product CD, that is, if you're referring to the 2.6 and 3.7 demo data.
