Closing Date Format in Spanish

In navision there is provision to use the closing date with using prefix as C. For Example : C01/01/08
I am using Spanish language, here it gives error message.
'C' is not regonised in spanish language. In spanish what should i use in place of 'C'.?

I don't know the translation for spanish but in german it is called "U" for "Ultimo".
