Telesales add-on for NAV

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good Telesales add-on for NAV? Got a customer that needs to enter orders very quickly whilst on the phone.

As I understand here, instead of selecting a customer, you should be able to fill customer details on the fly. Which should not be hard by customizing the system.

I've seen some solutions in renting add-ons.
If you workout a solution with customer templates, you can group some default settings. So by selecting Customer group, lot of defaults are filled out automatically (eg posting groups, etc...)

You could also design a form that holds just the import fields that need to be filled, place them in an organized manner with nextcontrols set.

then they can hammer out the info without switching tabs n such.
