Form Different At Payment Journal

Hi all,

My client encountered a strange scenario where 1 user always got a different journal form compare to others. The Balance and total balance fields does not display out from the form.

We remove the zup file at first and it works. However, it occur again and we do the same procedure over and over again for 5 times. We even try to re-install the application again but system still give the same error.

There are using Windows login. The rest of the user does not have this issue.

What does Out From The Form Mean?

Are you referring to the fields at the bottom remaining @ Zero?

Just as a side note if you want the running total of all the payments to appear at the bottom of the form you can do this.

Hi Savatage,

There are 2 fields at the bottom of the standard GL Journal form which shows the balance and total balance of the journal.

It disappear and we dont have any clue.

If you login as a super user do they appear?

perhaps there is some code that has been added to make these fields visible or not visible based on the user, as a security measure?
