Table optimizer

I have a table with million records, how best can i optimize this table because it takes roughly an hour for a report to display the data. Can you help me on this?

SQL or Native?

You can run the client monitor to see what takes the longest.

If you download the tools CD you can use the extended client monitor to analyse the results in an excel pivot table.

I am using a Native database. Is the tool part of the CD; the navison installation CD?

Being trying to get to partnersource but miscrosoft is asking for my organization to be registered first. Was on the right site?
Is there any other way i can get the tool downloaded without the registration part? Does navison has a built-in table optimizer functionality??
