QAS integration

I'm looking at integrating the QAS 4.02 PRO interface into Navision.

I've created an automation dll which references the functions in QAUPIED.DLL

The code successfully returns an address line for a specified postcode, which is good
Then, the Navision client crashes (no messages) which is very bad.

Anyone any similar experiences?

    Hi Simon,

    Navision has trouble receiving some datatypes from "outside" Navision. Maybe this is the problem?

    Hi Simon,

    We're using QAS Pro V3 along with DataPlus sets and all here works fine without crashing so I'd say there aren't any incompatabilities with the two packages so there must be either an error in your calling code or perhaps another method that we've used to access QAS.
