Setting properties of an image in a picture box

I need to print a picture on a report, but if possible I want to change the size of this picture, i.e. the picture in the database could be 640x480 pixels, but on the report I want to change the display size to 320x240. Is this possible or should I really change the size of the image in the BLOB?

    You must change it because Navision can't change (manage) picture size, or use Excel or other application for printing this report.

    Maybe somewhere on the web you can find an automation object that has a function to change resolution of a picture for you .. ?
