how to setup Email logging in navision 3.70

Hi all!

I am going to setup email logging on a Navision 3.70 system (using 5.0 clients). I have search MS Knowlegde Base, here at Mibuso, I have googled and overall search the net and can't seem to find any relevent information on how to setup, install or otherwise begin the process! I found a article in KB - 942793, but that describes how to setup using NAV 5.0.

I don't even know where to begin, except to install the Codeunits and installing a NAS but from there I don't know?

Anyone that has a link to some good and proper sources, please let me know :)

    not to be rude :shock: but did you look in the 3.7 cd there are 2 documents in the DOCS folder on how to setup the email logging 8)

    you should find all you need under relationship management doc names are

    Relationship Management.pdf

    Technical White Paper RM-Navision 370.doc

    The version 4 manuals cover it as well

    That's why, I was looking for docs with names such as "Email logging". But now when you mention it I see the connection :)

    I did find a document, finally, and have set up the different parts now and are just now trying to get it to work...
