Hello All

Within a sales order for example, when you print order confirmations, the order number is automatically populated within the report.

However, within the report itself, I want to use the order number that is passed through to the report in the request form. My question is, how do I retrieve the order number that is passed to the report because the request form is generated before the data items.

Is there something simple I am missing?

    It is not possible to get filters that are used in request form before executing the printing (preview) operation. But you can create a report without possibility to filter (only with option tab). Then you can assign values to global variables by using functions and use them manually to filter and do some other actions.
