Integration with AX

Hi,

I want to integrate an application in AX that has its database in SQL.I have to write the code for retriving the data the data from the SQL database of that application and perform the required operations.Can any one help me by telling how to establish the connection with the database of another application.

    Hello gowrishanker0607,

    I would suggest that you do the installation all over again following the Dynamics AX installation guide of MSDN which you can find at the following location:
    http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa834394.aspx.

    I have to admit that the installation procedure is not that easy...
