Replace Existing Ax server with New Server

Hi!
We want to replace the Existing Server where Ax 3.0 SP3 is installed with a New advanced high speed server. We are using Ax since 3 yrs. Now tel me how/what will be the steps to copy the application/data etc to New Server without any loss.
Please any one can give an brief idea on this.
I hv bit knowledge in Ax technical.

    Here is what I do for our 3.0 development servers.
    I assume you only want to move the AOS server and application, not the database.

    Install MS server 2003, use the update manager to make sure it has ALL the latest service packs and patches!
    From your original Ax 3.0 installation CD install Axapta (Client, server and application)
    On your current server locate the client, server and application directories, create shares for each of these.
    mount the shares on the new server
    copy the files from the client share to the new server client directory
    copy the files from the server share to the new server directory
    copy the files from the application share to the new application directory

    Make sure ax*.aoi and ax*.dat files are not copied from the old serer.
    Start up the server tool from the old server and make sure you understand the entire config.
    Start up the server tool on the new server and setup a new configuration to match where everything is installed and the connection to the database.
    Try to start the AOS for this new config.
    Resolve any errors, check the server application log as well.

    Now you need to change the client configs so they point to the new server.
