Navision Printing problem

Hi,
I want to print a report in the paper size of 15*12in in Navision, as this paper size is not available in Navision, is it possible to accomplish the same?

If you can set custom paper size for the printer as 15*12, and leave the reports PaperSize property to <Undefined>, you can achieve this.
But first see if you can set this custom paper size. Normally for dot matrix printers, you have this. If you dont have ask for driver update for the printer from your vendor.
The problem here is, if you are printing other reports with the PaperSize <Undefined>, you will have to resolve this.Uday0 -

Define your own Printer formular. Go to: start -> Settings -> Printer -> File -> Formular -> new Formular. define here your letter.
after this, u can use this on Navision. If it doesn't work ( for example under citrix :-( ) u can use setprinter.exe. Here you can set the lettersize before printing in Navision (musst called from CU 1, where the printerfuntion is)

Thanks a lot for the reply. I am using NAV SP3 and windows xp as the OS. After I have defined the new form, I was uanble to see the same in the paper size select box of the report designer. You have mentioned something on Setprinter.exe. Can you please let us know where can we find this exe.Diptish Naskar

Try to set this printer as the DEFAULT and run the report.Uday0

I have tried to set the printer as default printer, but still its not workinmg. I have also tried the same by setting the papersize as <undefined> in the report but still its not working.Diptish Naskar
