Hi,
What about reason codes ? Even cronus did not provide any examples?
Could u throw some examples ?

Reason codes can be used to trace the reason for making the transaction.
You would use on journals.
For example you would be doing on item journal negative adjustment.
You would put in reason code for example DAMAGE.
This would later in a week when you are looking at item ledger see why that negative adjustment was made.0 -
These can be used for entering standard narrations. For example, at a quality journal, when there are specific parameters for a quality and specific reasons for quality rejection, these can be assigned reason codes in place of lengthy explanations.Regards,
