printout stops without error

Hi there,

our printout stops inside a page without any error message. If I make a new printout, it will stop on the same page. If I print the same report on some other machines, it doesn't stop.

This problem is sporadic and occurs on different computers.

Our NSC told us: "Yes, there are some difficulties with Kyocera Laser Printers"

But I think, that this is not the right answer.

Is there anyone who has similar problems?

    There are a lot of reasons. Actually they depend on what you are getting. Let say, Navision is closing, or you get some error in module...
    Please, write a little bit more.

    Hi,

    we're printing a report like report 1 (Chart of Accounts). The printout finishes inside a line so that this line is not finished.

    The print job is finished and no error mesage appears.

    The binary print job data contains only the Text that is printed, so I think Navision is closing the print job.

    If this happens, we are able to trigger the same error again.
