Copy data between native and SQL databases

Hi..

I understand that Navision comes in Native Server database or SQL Server database. Can copying of data between Native database and SQL database take place?

    you can do a navision database backup and restore to a new location.
    The source could be C/Side and the Target SQL or vice versa.

    Backup and Restore is the best alternative...

    i guess i didnt define clearly my objective... what i am looking for is a possibility of copying data between a table in native database and a table of similar structure in SQL database.

    Hi,

    You can create a DATAPORT to copy data between table in C/SIDE and SQL Server :-)
