Explode Routing Error

Hi All,

Anyone can explain to me, why error message prompt.

Prompt error message while click "Explode Routing" in Output Journal ("Prod Order No" is selected in Output Journal Line, before click Explode Routing).

Error Message as :

"The Item Journal Line already exists. Identification fields and values: Journal Template Name ='OUTPUT', Journal Batch Name='OUTPUT', Line No.='10000'"

I follow all steps from manual, but i cant figure out, why this happen.

Seek for help.
