How to Upgrade navision 4.0 to 5.0

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the steps i should take to upgrade from navision 4.0 sp1 to navision 5.0 .

Am i going to do this on the server alone or should be done on all the clients too?
Please client waiting for this and i would be grateful an urgent reply.

    Get hold of the Upgrade toolkit, will tell you all you need to know.
