SQL Date Fix Tool

I am looking for the tool that you run on the NAV 3.6 database to fix the dates for importing in to SQL
I have looked through the tools on the site and have searched google for this tool but unless I am just searching for the wrong tool I have had no luck.
I have someone who is going to probably do the import for me but I was wanting to run the tool on a backup db just to see how long it is going to take and what all it does.
Can someone point me to the tool please.

It is part of the Upgrate Toolkit. Just download the Upgrade Toolkit from PartnerSource or from this site and use the migration.fob from it.0
