If you hit Ctrl+F2 in debugging mode, you can see that the line of code that is running is marked by a little blue square. What does it mean? I'm sure it's useful for something, but I don't find nothing on the Help... :-k

    is this for 2.x version?

If yes, then it has no use.

It looks like some type of Bookmark but without additional functionality for NAV. (May be in AX you can see the code marked in the designer after you close the debugger... :-k )
