Editing Vendor Ledger Entries

I am fairly new to Navision and my company has been running NAV 4.0 for about a year now. We are have difficulty with a module that was made for prepayments to vendors. Insteading of closing entries in the Vendor Ledger like the module should, it has been keeping them open. Is it possible to edit Vendor Ledger Entries so that I can change these entries to close?

I'd rather do the application, navision allows you to apply the payment and invoices afterwards. Select all the payments, select all the invoice and apply them for each vendor.0

Either that or you can set your Application Method to Apply to Oldest, but doing this will apply all open entries automatically for you.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

If it is prepayment module then the payments to the vendor must have been made before invoicing. The prepayment entries would ideally be linked with the Purchase Order therefore the entries should be applied at the time of posting of the purchase invoice. Before the invoice is posted the entries should remain open for tracking.CA Sandeep Singla

Thanks for your help everyone! The application method worked well, my vendor ledger isn't a complete mess anymore :-)0
