A Right-Click Issue in Windows Vista (NAV 4.03)

In this situation, we have 4.03 server and clients, but the database is 2.0. This came about because some users began using Windows Vista.

One of the problems I have run into is with the copy and paste functions.

For some users, Navision closes when they attempt to use the copy feature from the right-click drop down menu. For example, a user will pull up a customer card and use the mouse to select the customer name. The user will right click the selected name. Instead of getting the standard drop down menu, the user will get the Microsoft terminated program error message.

This issue does not appear to be a function of the user wanting to choose copy from the Edit menu bar. It appears to only be an issue of the user invoking the right-click menu.
