Dear All

I installed Help Server in a separate server, but in every users's local "ClientUserSetting", the "Help Server" is the Client server itself (Default value?), I can change the setting in "ClientUserSettings", problem is we have several hundreds users and how to make sure the new user will have the correct "HelpServer" in their "ClientUserSetting"?

Will re-install RTC client help?

By the way, version is NAV 2016.

    Hi,

Have you tried changing the settings in ClientUserSettings.config file, in the path C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90 which will be common for all users.

Also please find the below link

    Hi, Kalyankandimalla

Thank you, I think you solved my second problem, by change the file in ProgramData, all new user will be got correct configure.

And for existing user, I think it is better to change one by one in their local folder.

    Hi, Kalyankandimalla

I understand what you mean now, I also checked my previous answered questions, should be a "Does this answer your Question?" at the end of every answer, but not in this post, there are no "Yes" or "No" in any answer for me to click, I do not know why.
