synchronize salesperson contacts

Hello,
Does anybody know why when I sychronise the contacts with
outlook that I get the contacts from all the
salespersonens when I have an exchange account and only
the contacts for myself when I don't use exchange server?
I would prefer to only get the contacts linked to the
salesperson in outlook in stead of everybody.
What do I do wrong>
