NAV2013 transfer data problem (NAV6->NAV7)

Hello all,
According MS manual of Upgrading Data http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library ... 70%29.aspx
I have problem with topic 6. During this step I received error message:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Debuger identified this part of code (CodeUnit 104049 Upgrade Dimension Entry)
"IF SQLReader.HasRows THEN" in procedure UpdateParentTable.

I checked with SQL Management studio required query. And I received table with 6 rows.
Also I tried change condion to other .NET "IF (SQLReader.FieldCount <> 0) THEN" and again same error. When I remove this condition then error was with next command (SQLReader.Read). Again same error.

Any ideas?
