hi everybody...
i'm newbie and i'm trying to studying job scheduler...
does anybody know where find info/tutorial about job scheduler?

and could job scheduler be used by server? then, how could reply to popups (message, alert...)?

The job scheduler only works from the job scheduler form, so you have to have a client machine running Navision to run it. Standard Navision does not come with an unattended job scheduler, but it could be modified to run in a Navision Application Server environment.

I don't think there is a tutorial or a howto for this particular subject, but you'd have to find out about single instance codeunits and NAS, and figure out a way to make the job scheduler work using those. You could hire us and we can do it for you :whistle:
