Backup of Individual Objects

Hi everyone!

I'd like to know if there is a way to backup (or restore...) individual objects. I know that according to the Attain Architecture this is not possible, but I'm looking for a workaround.

What do I do in the case I've been making a new report for my customer, and in the meantime a couple of fields have been added to a table at the customer's location?

When a table that your report is based on gets a few new fields, your report will still work. You can use the import/export functionality of the object designer to save objects in both proprietary and text format. I dont know where you get the information that 'this is not possible'.

I didn't know about the import/export, I was referring to the backup and restore...
