different between the change log and project log

i have 2 Question plz
what is the different between the change log and project log and
when i creat change log :?:

i have another quastion plz if i change object which documants i need to update ? internal doc , design specification , project log ,change log

i am sure that i need to update the internal doc but me boss told me thiere
is another doc i need to update :?: ](*,)

If you are talking about standard change log module in Navision, it is log, where are logged all changes to selected field and tables made by users... What is project log I don't know...

When we talk about Change log and project log is important thing in Development exam....I hate them. :evil: .....until now I still dont understand why it should be built when develop project. I think Specification Document, documentation in Document trigger, and User Document is enough.
