Hide/disable not licensed entries?

Hello,

after upgrading from 2.01 to 3.70, every function looks like being accessable to the user (although many aren´t licensed, and clicking them will result in an error saying so).

Actually, is there a way to hide or disabled those ones automatically? I don´t think I want to go through every menu entry by hand..

In the General Ledger Setup table, there is a field "Adapt Main Menu to Permissons". Put this field on the General Ledger Setup form, and set it to Yes. Now all programs that can't be used with your license, are greyed out.

Thats assuming that a FULL upgrade has been completed and the new menu structure has been adopted.
