"Altering objects for database..." process

Hi,
I've got a message which I've never seen before. It appears right after I import any objects to the database. It looks like it goes through all tables for each company. I can cancel the process, everything looks OK after that, objects are imported succesfully. 502_BCA_V33 is the name of my database. I have MaitainRelationship flag set to TRUE for this database. Could it be related to the problem? But I have it for a long time, and this process started to run after each import just yesterday. Any comments? Thank you.
