RTC & Employee Portal not working simultanously

Hi Experts,
We have configured Role Tailored Client and Employee Portal in a same company.
When the NAS is stopped RTC is working fine. When NAS is Started for Employee Portal, then while opening RTC, i get the following error...(Attached the Screenshot).
Can anyone help pls...
