Error "Processing Objects" "no default Mail client"

When importing objects or restoring a database I get the following error:
Title: Microsoft Office Outlook
Messge: Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

Specifically this occurs if I compile/import/restore CU5064 E-Mail - Logging and only occurs the FIRST time after the NAV 2009 Classic Client (SQL).

Outlook is my default mail client and it operates as expected.

Any suggestions?

I believe the problem is the 64 bit version of Office and I think this hasn't been fixed....
