Is there a whitepaper to follow for migration from 4sp3 with many customizations to 2009sp1 ?

That's what the Upgrade toolkit pdf document is for.
It list step by step on all the things that you need to do.
The largest and most time consuming part being the merging of the objects. That part needs to be done by a developer who has done previous upgrades and has extensive experience with NAV and some experience with NAV 2009.
No white paper is going to help you with merging of the objects.0 -

We migrated 4 different installations of 3.70 to 4.03 in december 2006 and everything went allright.
I remember we used 2 toolkits but I don't remember the name and what version...

It's on 2009 Sp1 DVD. There is a folder called UpgradeToolKit0
