problems on "send to program"

After installing the standard style sheets, the functions "Send to Excel" and "Send to Word" work as expected with "standard-designed" navision forms.
But in some customized forms (which are the most important and used, e.g. customer card), we placed one or more frames on the tab controls to give it a structured design and a grouping for settings visibility an so on.

when a textbox is placed directy on the tab control, it works, but when it is placed inside a frame inside a tab control it's ignored. most of the time.

Has anyone made similar experiences and perhaps found a possibility to influence this behaviour?

    Obviously I'm the only one with this problem??

    maybe they are at the bottom of the word document under the "myframename" title?

    no, the data don't arrive in excel.
    i wrote the intermediate xml-stream to file for control. also there the data doesn't appear.
    i think, the only solution is to remove the frames.
