Dataport Run Error - "Operating System cannot

I completed a fairly simple dataport that imports into a journal line table. I tested it a couple weeks ago and it worked fine.
Today when trying to run it I get the message "The operating system cannot find the drive & directory specified for the file". Thinking that it could be the result of the old import file name 'sticking', I changed the 'Import' property to default and recompiled fine. Same error.
Other DPs work fine so it is specific to this one. There are no hard-coded drive/directory settings and we are running SQL version 4.06. The DP compiles without error. Debugger does not help since it doesn't get that far. Any thoughts?
SOLVED - The "Use Request Form" property for the DP had been set to No thus apparently rendering any other changes moot. Reset to default and it works.
