Hi all

A short time ago, my colleague discovered an error in Developer's toolkit 1.3. During automatic merge process, this tool does not merge request forms of report. It will leave only original controls from base version but it will not add controls from custom version. So watch out.

Also, if a form, if the source expression is greater than 80 characters, the entire merge tool will CRASH

If you ask me, don't use this tool for conversions.

    Use something like "Beyond Compare".

I don't trust in the Merge-Tool of the Navision Developer's Toolkit.
I also use  Beyond Compare for compare and Merge.

We are using Araxis Merge (http://www.araxis.com), Developer toolkit is too big black box. If you merge in text, you know what you are doing...
