Inventory closing's problem

Hello everybody, I am new in Axapta and I have a problem with the version 3 sp4.

The problem resides in an article of the inventory which manages serial, and the fact is that while we are carrying out the respective month's closing, it (the article) freezes the scheme where this is been carrying out.
At the moment the problem has confused us, since it is a very small quantity of serial it manages, 2140, and these quantity for Axapta, I imagine, are not a lot of weight.

Every previous month the inventory have been closed without any problem, but in the moment this problem is giving us many headaches.

My question is: Is there someone else who has been had the same inconvenient?, Does a hotfix, that helps us to solve the problem, exist?, or definitively nothing can be made...?
