Hi,
My customer has 4 companies under on a group company.
For Example 'A' or 'B' company manufacture the item & sell to 'C' company & then 'C' company distribute the items through directly or through Consignee Agents. In this case what should i do ?
Should i Create 4 separate company in one database or is there any thing else in NAV. All the Companies generate its own Balance Sheet & P/L separately. Sale & Purchase transaction are take place between companies.

Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards.

    open 3 different companies.
and work with each one as seperate unit.

    ie.

a will manufacture and will have a customer named b and sale the item to b

b will feed the purchase invoice and do it work

If all companies are maintaining there own Balance Sheet and P&L Seperately then it would be advisable that you make 4 companies. And if consolidation is required, you can make 5th company for consolidation. This will lead you to avoid many issues.
